DISCOVER DONOUSSA

Walk to Stavros, Mersini, swim at Kedros & Kalotaritissa beach and tour into the Seal-Cave Fokospilia.

STAVROS

Stavros is the central settlement, but also the port of the island. All amenities are concentrated in this place. Accommodations, cafes, restaurants, bars, you will find it all there! In Stavros is also the beautiful beach of Stavros with its emerald waters and golden sand.

MERSINI

It is a small settlement built on a hill 6.5 kilometers east of Stavros. It is a rural village, where you get the feeling that time stands still. The view of the Aegean from this little village is amazing.

KEDROS BEACH

Kedros beach is located in a small and sheltered bay in the southern part of the island. The setting of this beach is reminiscent of a paradise on earth, where you will want to isolate yourself and explore it. Its waters are crystal clear and blue-green with sand. Another feature that makes this beach special is that at the bottom of the beach there is the corpse of the destroyer "Orion" that was sank during the World War II.

KALOTARITISSA BEACH

These are 3 contiguous beaches joined together which, due to the position of the bay, are always windless. This is how the name Kalotaritissa is justified, which means "good weather". It is an eerie landscape and peaceful with cold blue waters.

SEAL-CAVE FOKOSPILIA

Its name testifies that this cave was a refuge for seals. It is a must-visit spot to admire the morphology of nature, but also to swim in the deep blue waters. It is accessible by boat from the island's port.
